Would I prefer one glass or indulge in the bottle? Glass. The wine is too sweet for my liking, but a glass on a hot summer day sitting on the deck with a breeze blowing through my hair sounds almost heavenly.

How would I describe the wine? The Mr described Selkie Rosé as “magic in a bottle” but a glass would be sufficient. If you take a smell of this wine it is something even the non-drinkers in the family are going to want to taste. The aromas of pure pink cotton candy are simply delightful. It resembles the taste of a cranberry spritzer that has strawberry garnishes and alcohol included. Mind you at 8.5% the taste of alcohol in this wine is very subtle.
