Triple Berry Overnight Oats

A delicious blend of berry flavours mixed together for a healthy breakfast that can be made ahead several days.
Servings 1


  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt I often use blueberry yogurt instead
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  • Add ingredients to a mason jar in the order listed.
  • Mix ingredients in the mason jar until well combined.
  • Close the mason jar and refridgerate overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours) before eating.


1 650g tub of yogurt will make 6 servings of overnight oats. I typically make 6 portions at once to have them ready for the Mr and I throughout the week.
