Chocolate Chow Mein Clusters

Servings: 24 cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter I use Kraft Light Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups dry chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter stirring often. In a separate bowl stir in noodles and peanuts. Pour in chocolate mixture and mix well.
  2. Spoon into 1 inch rounds on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm before serving.
  3. Makes about 4 dozen clusters.
  4. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week in an airtight container or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
