Triple Berry Overnight Oats

A delicious blend of berry flavours mixed together for a healthy breakfast that can be made ahead several days.
Servings: 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt I often use blueberry yogurt instead
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients to a mason jar in the order listed.
  2. Mix ingredients in the mason jar until well combined.
  3. Close the mason jar and refridgerate overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours) before eating.

Notes

1 650g tub of yogurt will make 6 servings of overnight oats. I typically make 6 portions at once to have them ready for the Mr and I throughout the week.
